Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?

Open the Diablo VPN app, tap Sign Up, enter your name, email, and a secure password. You will receive a verification email shortly afterwards.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot Password and enter the email you registered with. We will send you a password-reset link. If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

How do I connect to the VPN?

Sign in to the app, choose a server from the list, and tap Connect. The app will request permission to add a VPN configuration to your device the first time you connect.

What is the difference between the Shared and Dedicated plans?

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from inside the app under Profile → Subscription. Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until then.

Can I use one account on multiple devices?

Yes. Your subscription is tied to your account and can be used across the devices supported by the app. Each device is registered separately for security and capacity management.

My connection is slow or keeps dropping.

Try the following before contacting support:

  1. Disconnect and reconnect to the VPN.
  2. Try a different server from the server list.
  3. Restart the app or the device.
  4. Check that your underlying internet connection is stable without the VPN enabled.
  5. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

If problems persist, email us with the server you were using and the time of the issue.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, subscription history, and all associated VPN credentials.

Is my browsing activity logged?

No. We do not log the websites you visit, the contents of your traffic, or your DNS queries. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Billing questions, refund requests permitted by local law, and accidental-purchase queries can be sent to support@diablovpn.com. Please include the order date, the email associated with the account, and the reason for the request.
